Commission by the NNO! (North Netherlands Symphony Orchestra)

Honoured by a commision by the only professional symphony orchestra left in the North of the Netherlands, the NNO. Being founded in 1862, it is even the oldest professional symphony orchestra in the Netherlands, of course performing in all the relevant Dutch venues, including the internationally renown Concertgebouw.

The commissioned orchestral work will comprise some eight minutes in length and performances are due Spring 2022. Sounds like a far away future? I nevertheless started working allready eagerly! More details will follow!
